Please remember that changes to booking are not usually possible as most tickets are fixed dated and non-refundable. In certain cases changes can be made and in order to ascertain this please contact us and refer to the booking conditions on the itinerary that is sent out with your tickets or alternatively contact us for further details. Please be sure to have your booking reference number ready.

Please refer to our visa information visa information page in order to make sure that you do not arrive anywhere without the correct paperwork. You may well need visas for your destinations and in some cases for your transit points.

Airlines require you to re-confirm all flights apart from your ex-U.K flight and you will need to reconfirm all other flights in their country of origin. When onboard on any flight you should be able to find a list of local office contact details for your destination. It is important that you do reconfirm as airlines are subject to schedule changes and it is the only way to bring them to your attention.

When checking in for any flights you need to arrive at the terminal at least one hour before European flights and three hours before long haul flights. These guidelines are to be adhered to unless otherwise told by the airlines.
